It has a beautiful view of the tropical Caribbean and of the Cancun Hotel Zone.  The master bedroom and the living room face the beach.  This condo unit is on the 10th floor of this 11 story building, with a living space of 1,010 sq. feet. The condo will be completed at the beginning of 2010 and all of the units have been sold out, so this is a resale. The condo will be completed at the beginning of 2010.

Fractional-Ownership: You own your condo for the months you purchase.  There are twelve months to be divided amongst 12 buyers.

Each month will cost 35,000 USD, but you can buy as many months as you would like.  The cost of maintenance is shared 12 ways, and the condo will come completely furnished. Financing is available up to 5 years.

Furnishings include: 2 bed sets, 1 safe, 3 flat screen televisions, linens, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, blender, and pots and pans.  There will be living room as well as dining room furniture and a washer and dryer for the laundry area.
