Sunset Beach Villa

Fractional-Ownership: You own your vacation home for the months you purchase.  There are 12 months to be divided amongst 10 buyers or 5 weeks per owner.

Each 5 weeks will cost 85,000 USD, but you can buy as many weeks as you would like (in 5 week increments).  The cost of maintenance is shared 10 ways, and the home will come completely furnished. 5 year financing is available.

Furnishings include: Bedroom sets, safe, flat screen televisions, linens, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, blender, and pots and pans.  There will be living room as well as dining room furniture and a washer and dryer for the laundry room.
